The SERVICE at Kelley's... To those at Kelly's, I would like to begin by saying I am a server in a seacoast restaurant where I have been employed for the past 5 years while attending college. I am 23 years old and have been serving since I was 16 - performing roles from hostess to ice cream scooper, to salad maker, to cocktail waitress, to caterer. I understand how restaurants work - especially when busy. However, never in my life have I been so repulsed by the quality of service I have received in any establishment I have visited / frequented. Early in May myself and a group of friends attended a Thursday night at Kelly's Row - I showed up a few minutes behind everyone and was not greeted by the server in charge of our table at the time (roughly 8:30ish) until I asked if I could order a beverage - at which time I ordered for two of the males I was with ( i am female) - both of which seemed to know this server - although I had ordered first, and ordered the same beverage as my friends I was not served my be

Other comments about Kelley's... My son is turning 21 on Friday and his request was to have dinner at Kelleys Row! He loves the deck out side and would love the fam to have dinner with him there. Now how many 21 year old young men do you know that want there 21st bday to be at your fine establishment? That being said, is it possible to save a table for 7 out on the deck near the water fall area? Also, can I bring a cake and you can bring it out to him and sing? I look forward to your email. The SERVICE at Kelley's... hello. just wanted to let you know that 4 of us came there last night for the first time (we are from dracut, ma), and we had a great time and the food was wonderful. But why i am writing is to let you know that beth, our server, was wonderful, patient, very helpful, and we would come back alone just to have great service like that from her. The ENTERTAINMENT at Kelley's... Hi guys, Next Weds 21st May is the European Champions League Soccer final between Manchester United and Chelsea. Coverage starts at 2pm. I'm assuming you have ESPN2 + ESPN2 HD as part of your tv sports package, which is showing the game live. Along with a couple of friends I'd like to go to your bar and watch the game.
